All the previous TripAdvisor comments are true, this is a fantastic Thai restaurant of the highest order and well worth the one-hour drive for us to get there from Southsea, something I expect we will repeat many times. My starter of chicken satay was delicate, different and succulent, their jungle curry that followed was one of the best tasted, so good I literally wanted to lick my dish being the right degree of heat and taste and the banana fritters with ice cream were again different and so tasty, such exquisite thin and crunchy batter. My wife rarely eats anything cooked in batter being gluten free, but her starter of scallops was gorgeous, she too had the banana fritter and her pad Thai was just as she liked it without chillies. 9 + out 10 overall….

I recently visited the Thai Corner restaurant with my husband. What a wonderful time we had as the service was excellent as was the food. 
We found the main area a little noisy so asked if we could move to the small bar area. This was organised immediately and was greatly appreciated as we found it quiet and comfortable. 
The food was excellent. We have just returned from a holiday in Thailand and were missing the food out there; I had soup followed by red curry. My husband had tempura vegetables and a massaman curry. It was really lovely and had us imagining ourselves back in Thailand. I can thoroughly recommend the restaurant and the staff were excellent
