สวัสดี . Denise and I would like to thank you both for another brilliant gastronomical dining experience last weekend. Your latest new member of staff was so professional, as was his mentor. And the food didn't disappoint. As it never has !!!  And we were super happy that you managed to fit us both in at late notice. Whenever Denise asks me " where shall we have dinner tonight ? "   Well,, you can probably guess !!!     Thanks both and we will see you again.
